Biographical Sketch
Frank Fuller, associate professor of adult education, has been at NSU since 1994, when he designed the MEd concentration in adult and continuing education. He came to NSU from the Denton, Texas, public schools, where he established the adult and community education program, and, previously, from Colorado Mountain College, where he established the Rifle, Colorado, college center. Frank began teaching adults in DaNang, Viet Nam, high school evening English classes while in the U.S. Air Force. He holds the BA in history and English from McMurry University, and MEd and PhD degrees in adult and continuing education from the University of North Texas. Frank's research interests include the history of adult education, and defining and evaluating community building strategies for distance education programs. Most recently, he designed the program and courses for the MA in adult education, which began at NSU in Fall, 2004.
